sacai Shinsaibashi PARCO will open on Saturday, November 20, 2020. Limited items will be released to coincide with the opening.
A space that embodies sacai's hybrid aesthetic has opened on the first floor of Shinsaibashi PARCO. The interior of the store, designed by GELCHOP, a collage/DIY artist group that is a longtime partner of sacai, is dotted with unique decorations that combine elements taken from various different sources, just like sacai's collections, expressing sacai's original worldview. The latest sacai men's and women's collections, including bags, shoes, and accessories, are on display.
Limited items to be released in commemoration of the opening include outerwear for men and women, as well as a micro backpack made in collaboration with PORTER, Yoshida & Co.'s main brand. The outerwear is a special jacket that combines a Melton military jacket with a puffer jacket, fusing the elements of two completely different jackets in one piece. It is available in two colors, black x black and navy x khaki, for both men and women. It is a reconstructed hybrid of PORTER's classic backpack and waist pouch. The straps can be rearranged to use it as a shoulder bag. It is available in two colors, navy x black and gray x khaki.
