We are excited to announce the release of the sacai Men’s Spring & Summer 2025 Collection, Women’s Spring 2025 Collection starting Friday, December 20, 2024.  

As we anticipate a high volume of visitors on the launch day, we kindly ask for your cooperation regarding the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and safe shopping experience.

Important Information

1. Early Arrival Restrictions  
   - Please refrain from arriving more than one hour before the store opening time.  
   - Customers arriving earlier than one hour before opening may be asked to leave and return at a later time.  

2. Entry Management
   - At the Aoyama store, if the number of visitors exceed store capacity, a lottery system may be implemented at 11:00 AM to determine the order of entry.  

3. Ticket Distribution 
   - If not all customers can be accommodated at once, tickets with a designated entry time listed will be distributed. Please return to the store at the designated time.  

4. Compliance with Staff Instructions 
   - Please note that customers who do not follow staff instructions may be denied entry or purchase.  

5. Other Notices  
   - Please be aware that guidelines and procedures are subject to change depending on the conditions on the day of the launch.
