    Apology for price display in online store

    We regret to inform you that on January 17, from 00:00 am to 9:00 pm Japan time, there was an error in the sacai online Store (sacai.jp), which caused the wrong price to be displayed. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and trouble this may have caused our customers.
    The issue was resolved around 9:00 pm. If you purchased the product at the incorrect price due to this issue, customer support will contact you to correct the price and charge you the correct amount.


    In addition, there is no possibility of customer information being compromised due to this issue.  If you have any concerns or questions regarding this matter, please contact us below.
